The Professional Hockey Writers Association (PHWA) officially unveiled the 32-team nominees for the 2025–26 Bill Masterton Memorial Trophy on Wednesday.
The award is presented annually to the NHL player who best exemplifies the qualities of perseverance, sportsmanship, and dedication to hockey.
Sean Monahan of the Columbus Blue Jackets won the award in 2025.
