The field for the 2026 NCAA Men’s Frozen Four was officially finalized on Sunday, following a weekend of regional action that saw college hockey's most storied programs punch their tickets to Las Vegas.

Michigan, Denver, North Dakota, and Wisconsin will meet at T-Mobile Arena on April 9 and 11 to crown a new champion.

The top overall seed, the Michigan Wolverines, held off a furious third-period comeback by Minnesota Duluth to win 4–3. Freshman goaltender Jack Ivankovic (Nashville Predators) was named Regional MOP after making 30 saves, while Jayden Perron (Carolina Hurricanes) netted the game-winner. In a battle of NCHC rivals, Denver dismantled the defending national champion Western Michigan Broncos 6–2. Freshman Kyle Chyzowski recorded a career-high three points, and Kamloops native Johnny Hicks extended his unbeaten streak to 14 games.

The No. 2 overall seed, North Dakota, shut out Quinnipiac 5–0 on Saturday to secure their first Frozen Four berth since 2016. Meanwhile, the Badgers pulled off the weekend's biggest upset, defeating No. 1 seed Michigan State 4–3 in overtime. It marks Wisconsin's first trip to the Frozen Four since 2010.

Wisconsin will face North Dakota in the first semifinal at T-Mobile Arena on Thursday, April 9, while Michigan will take on Denver in the second game of the day. The national championship game is scheduled for Saturday, April 11.
