The Utah Mammoth signed 2025 first-round pick Caleb Desnoyers to a three-year, entry-level contract on Monday.

In 45 games, he has recorded 78 points (22G, 56A) and a +36 rating. Despite missing time earlier this season due to wrist surgery, he leads the QMJHL in points per game (1.73).

He is the reigning Guy Lafleur Trophy winner as QMJHL Playoff MVP, having led Moncton to a league championship in 2025. In 161 QMJHL regular-season games across three seasons, Desnoyers posted 77 goals and 141 assists for 218 points.

“We are thrilled to sign Caleb to an NHL contract,” said Bill Armstrong, general manager of the Utah Mammoth. “Caleb is an incredibly skilled player who has seen much success throughout his junior career with Moncton. He has an extremely bright future ahead and we look forward to watching him play for the Mammoth for years to come.”
