Perry has remained remarkably effective this season in Los Angeles, recording 28 points (11 goals, 17 assists) in 49 games. Perry was a fixture on the Kings' top power-play unit, where his net-front presence accounted for 11 of his points this season.
Perry is no stranger to the Lightning organization, having played two seasons in Tampa Bay (2021–2023) and helping the team reach the 2022 Stanley Cup Final.
Perry continues to climb the NHL’s all-time lists. During his stint in Los Angeles this season, he surpassed the 1,400 games played mark and currently sits at 459 career goals. He is one of only a handful of active players to have won a Stanley Cup, Hart Trophy, and Olympic Gold.
